Entertaining an Elephant was pretty interesting for me. The concept of change was big. Too often I think that as teachers, educators...... people we get stuck into some routine or another. Maybe not 15 years but maybe several weeks. Or, we are simply "boxed in" afraid to try new ideas, afraid to engaged or be engaged. I guess for me it comes back to the basic question.Why am I here? What exactly is my purpose? For my colleagues who have to go up against the system I can only encourage you to "break the rules" .
P.S. Choose your battles carefully.........
